Emergency humanitarian assistance is a complex and fascinating area, ever evolving. With a multitude of factors impacting and influencing EHA we use this module to explore these challenges. Drawing on experts from the field, both academics and practitioners, humanitarian advisors, logisticians, security experts, journalists and clinicians, this unit delves into the intricacies and practicalities of aid – the political, cultural, economic, social and ethical challenges which still exist.
